How do I get a moving quote?
Send your collection and destination suburbs, preferred date, approximate home size and a furniture inventory. Include details of stairs, lifts, parking and any packing or cleaning requirements.
Can I book a month-end or weekend move?
Yes, you can enquire about month-end and weekend moves. These dates depend on vehicle and crew availability, so contact us early. A requested date is not a confirmed booking until arrangements are agreed.
What affects the moving price?
Distance, the volume of belongings, vehicle capacity, labour, stairs, carrying distances, packing, materials and waiting time can affect the quotation. Cleaning and specialist handling are confirmed separately.
Can I add packing or cleaning?
Yes. Ask about Move & Pack or Move & Clean. Mighty Maids assists with agreed pre- or post-move cleaning. The final scope, materials, cleaning tasks and timing are set out in your quotation.
How are the vehicle and crew arranged?
We coordinate the move and arrange suitable vehicle capacity and crew according to the inventory and access requirements. Vehicle owners or subcontracted moving teams may be used as part of the agreed service.
Can you move large or unusual items?
Tell us about any particularly heavy, fragile, valuable or unusual items before requesting a quote. Photographs and dimensions help establish whether special equipment or specialist handling is needed.
Are the advertised bundle savings automatic?
The supplied family-bundle promotion advertises savings of 15% or 20%, depending on the bundle. Ask which components qualify and have the applicable saving and final price confirmed in your written quotation.
What happens after I accept the quote?
Booking terms, any deposit, the agreed move date and payment arrangements are confirmed directly. The website prepares an enquiry only; it does not reserve a vehicle or take a payment.
